Most groups are run by a small team. Adding collaborators lets everyone see plans, contribute observations, and share documentation in one place.

Invite by email

Open the group, go to Collaborators, and invite by email. Invitees receive a one-click link to join.

Pick the right role

Editors can change plans and profiles. Viewers can read and comment. Pick the role that matches what each person actually needs to do.

Manage over time

Roles can be changed or removed at any time. When someone leaves your team, removing access takes one click.

Tip

Add a substitute teacher as a temporary viewer. They get the full context of the group without any risk to your saved plans.
